We all have off days, off months, Off years. Where one obstacle after another keeps us trapped from experiencing and reflecting on our strength A reminder that sometimes we have to stop and take time to heal that broken voice within.

But when all is said and done and we are going through countless posts, and Pinterest feeds. Sometimes a quiet little moment and a book, is what we need. Reminders of paper that we too can heal ourselves one step at a time. From Self healing to accepting One Self just the way you are.







The purpose is to help you understand the three disciplines - perception, action and will - and to apply the lessons described in the book in real life. I believe that the format of such a book in the form of a daily practical guide is the most effective way to read, understand many things and transform your mindset.

Never have I felt so heard, understood and supported. I will undoubtedly be reading this many times over and keeping it close at all times. Very INVALUABLE! Only a few chapters in , so many areas of valuable lightbulb moments already.

I’ve always struggled with which has already helped lessen the tiring loads of my own self doubts.

Annas approach is exactly the one I use to support my clients in discovering their inherent self worth and to turn their lives around. A flood of positivity, challenging our own self perceptions and rebuilding them.

This book is a must-read for every woman who doesn't settle for the mediocre, dreams big and knows that she deserves to be the QUEEN in her own life! It has shown me where I was stuck and small and afraid in my thinking open my mind as to the mindset barriers that have been holding me back from levelling up!


At first you might think this book is bit woo-woo but I promise that if you take it in and do the tasks and meditation, you will start to see a huge difference in your mindset - and all the good things that can come your way!

Well chosen quotes to find quickly when needed or to pass on to loved ones who may need inspirational advice through life's ups and downs. The words are inspiring and thought provoking, it is easy to dip in and out of each section.

As for so many others, this past year has been a particularly difficult one and reading this book has given me so much hope and inspiration & the strength to pick myself up and carry on. She has the ability to feel so deeply & her words are simply pure magic, it’s like one huge and much needed hug in a book. I honestly felt enveloped in love whilst reading it and know that I will continue to read this book again and again as it’s like therapy on a page.

To heal your mind you need to accept it which condition you are in first and than think about how can you be yourself again. I used to think negative as well I still do and have depression sometimes but I am trying to improve myself. This book is full of important information about how people don't realise they are in depression.

The power is in you. Don't need to over think simple matters just let it go. You are not in control about everything we are human we all make mistakes sometimes you just accept it and step forward. It's completely fine just carry on doing and you will achieve your goals strive for it, it will be yours for sure.

This book educated me about the energy system in our bodies and provides a practical and accessible guide which has already begun to help me. I can't say I will follow it all (personalise what works for you).

Her book is an excellent resource for nourishing your soul and rituals and routines to create a safe, clear, healthy, nurtured self.

This book gives you the tools needed to tune into chakras and by doing so being more in tune with yourself. With recipes and guidance to move you along in the right direction.

Effective self-help book on alleviating a number of health and mental disorders through the vagus nerve. Has lots of information on the nervous system and a number of exercises to work through.

The book gives us a thorough understanding the role of our high mammalian autonomic nervous system and why our bodies crave real physical social interaction. The biggest irony of our modern information world is that the so called social media in fact deprives people from actively engaging with others face to face and therefore it reduces the ventral nerve activation. It’s such a beautiful and accessible read which has helped me to heighten my knowledge of my own practice, and is my go to for inspiration to help support my own energy. If you feel guilty saying no, expressing your needs or standing up for yourself, allow this book to hit you with some uncomfortable but necessary truths.
